Volunteers Speak Out: A Detailed Survey of Volunteers Reveals Interesting Results

by: Mohamad Chehade, Ph. D.

An Appreciation Dinner was recently held to honor Mosque Foundation's Ramadan volunteers who spent countless hours of their time during Ramadan and Eid to keep the Mosque Foundation programs running smoothly. Over 60 volunteers were in attendance at the dinner in MFCC. During this event, 48 of the volunteers (34 brothers and 14 sisters) completed a survey regarding their volunteering experience during Ramadan and Eid at the Mosque Foundation.

The data analysis of this survey is below. The survey results show our community what volunteers think about their efforts, their relationship with the Mosque Foundation's leaders, and the cooperation of the community with them.

We thank all volunteers for their candid answers, which will help our administration and volunteer organizers better plan for the future.
