Salam Al-Marayati is the executive director of the Muslim Public Affairs Council, a public service agency working for the civil rights of American Muslims. MPAC shapes public opinion and policy by serving as a trusted resource to decision makers in government, media and policy institutions.
Al-Marayati written extensively on Islam, human rights, democracy, Middle East politics, and the Muslim American communities. He has been interviewed by major news networks and his articles have been published by the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune and other leading newspapers.
