About the School
AL-SIDDIQ is a Weekend Islamic school that is attended by around 720 students annually. Students learn Arabic language, Islamic Studies and Qur’anic Studies. The 1st day of Al-Siddiq for the school year 2011-2012 will be Sept. 11, 2011, Insha Allah .Boys between the age of 5 to 10 years and girls between the age of 5 to 12 years old are admitted. Registration for the coming school year 2011-2012 is starting March 27, 2011 for the children who are attending Al-Siddiq School. Insha Allah, registration for new students will start on April 25, 2011, if seats are available . The school year is divided into two semesters. The first semester is from September through January and the second semester is from February through May. Al-Siddiq School follows the same Arabic studies curriculum as used in Jordan's educational system. For the students already enrolled in the school, the registration begins in April of each year. For all others, the registration begins in May.

The Al-Siddiq weekend school mission is to provide an Islamic education within an Islamic environment while developing a love of Islam that enables our students to practice Islam, Increase their knowledge of Quran, build their Arabic language skills, become good citizens and student leaders with a commitment to individual excellence, family, community and humanity.

The curriculum includes:
- The Holy Quran.
- Islamic Studies; hadieth, seera, aqeeda, dua’, and rituals.
- Arabic language; reading, spelling, and grammar.
Announcements
The first day of 2011-2012 school year will be September 11, 2011, from 9:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Please send a snack with your child. The school will be selling hot lunch on the 2nd week, the hot lunch menu and the meals' prices information will be sent with your child.
Your child's teacher will inform you with your child's level, teacher's name, classroom #, please write this information and make your child bring it to the school on the 1st few weeks of the school.
We are asking for parents cooperation, to make the students arrival and departure from the school, fast, smooth, and save.
On the 1st day of school, please drop off your child by the main entrance of Universal School, no parent is allowed in the building at the time of drop off. Pick up your child from the classroom. Please know your child's teacher name and the classroom # . Sudents coming to school on the first day, without knowing the teacher name or the classroom #, have to use the Gym Door by the school parking lot, school staff will assist them to their rooms.
Regular school time is from 9:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The school send automated announcements to students home phone and to the father cell phone, please follow up with the school automated calls it is an important way of communication with the school families.

Dear Parents of Al-Siddiq School: Asslamu Alaikum;
Insha Allah, registration for the school year 2011-2012 will start Sunday, March 27, 2011. From 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
School families last name starting with letters A through D, are required to register on March 27, 2011.
School families last name starting with letters E through N, are required to register on April 3, 2011.
School families last name starting with letters O through Z, are required to register on April 10, 2011.
Registration for new families will start on April 25, and May 2, it is first come first served. Registration will stop when all seats are filled. Waiting list will be formed when classes are filled. The school will do its best to accommodate the waiting list to the end of September, 2011, after that Walk-in Registration will be available.
Please remember the following:
1- Enrollment is not guaranteed without completing the registration form and paying the registration fees.
2- All payments for this school year have to be completed, before the student can register for the coming year. Students who are not enrolling for the coming year, they will not be allowed to take their final exams without paying out the entire tuition for this school year.
3- Registration Fees of $130/student, is required to guarantee the child enrollment for the coming school year.
4- Copy of the birth certificate is required at the time of registration for any new student.
5- Visit WWW. MOSQUEFOUNDATION.ORG website, on the home page click on Weekend School. Complete and print out the new registration form and come prepare to register your kids on your assigned day.

إن شاء اللة يوم الأحد الموافق 27\3\2011 هو بداية التسجيل للعام الدراسي القادم, سوف يكون التسجيل لطلاب المدرسة حتى يوم الأحد الموافق 10\4\2011 نود أن ُنذكركم بضرورة تسديد الرسوم المستحقة للسنة الحالية إذ أن الطالب لا يستطيع ألإلتحاق بالمدرسة للعام الدراسي القادم من غير أن تُدفع الرسوم المستحقة للسنة الحالية. التسجيل للطلاب الجدد سوف يكون في تاريخ 24/4 و 1/ 5 إذا توفرت المقاعد.
Registration and Tuition Information for School Year 2011-2012
Al-Siddiq Weekend School is providing a quality Islamic Education in an Islamic environment to our community children. To continue our services and success, we search for dedicated, knowledgeable staff, the right safe place close to our community, needed training classes and workshops, proper equipment, and activities to help implementing our curriculums. The cost of providing these services increases each year, in order to cover all the expenses; we need your help by covering your part of the tuition and fees of your children.

1- Pay all the tuition and fees in the designate registration date, and receive 10% discount from the tuition. Registration fee is not included.
2- Pay tuition in two installments, first installment in the 1st month of the school, second installment in the first month of the second semester. No discount with this plan.
3- $130 of the tuition is considered registration fee, it is not refundable and it is not transferable. CHECKS ARE PAYABLE TO MOSQUE FOUNDATION, a fee of $30 will be added to any returned checks.
4- Parents should be in touch with the school office for any payments plan, if we do not hear from you after sending reminders and letters,
the student will not be able to attend the school.
5- The registration office has to be informed before any student pulls out of the school. Tuition will keep adding on for any day the student pulls out without informing the office.
6- Any students withdrawing from the school, his/her tuition will be counted as if he/she is the only child for that family.
7- Tuition has to be paid in full without any deductions, regardless of whether the child does not attend the school because of vacation or sickness. (In case of traveling for more than a month, please check with the administration).
8- It is the parents’ responsibility to follow up with their kids’ tuition, only general voice mail and reminders will be sent home.
9- It is the parents’ responsibility to inform the registration office with any change in home phone #, cell phone #, address, emergency contacts or any other changed information on the registration form.
10- The school sends all correspondences with the family messenger. Please let us know who you chose to be your messenger. It is the parents’ responsibility to follow up with the school announcements. We are part of the MosqueFoundation.org website; please visit the site for more information.
11- We always face new situations that make us change, revise, or add to our Tuition Policy.
Registration Time and Date:
Registration is still open until the end of August for some levels. Please complete the registration form and bring it to the Mosque Foundation office with the $130 fee for each student. Registration forms are available on the website and in the main office.
Pick up & announcements
Teachers will be contacting you with information of the child's level, teacher's name, and class room #, please keep this information available with the child on the first day of school. On the first day of school, parents are to drop off the children by the main entrance of Universal School, no parent is allowed in the school building. Picking up Rodah Students ( 5 and 6 years old ) is from their class rooms, other levels are to be picked up by the main entrance.
